Rockin the Rivers

For three days every summer since 1999, the rapids aren't the only things that rage in the Jefferson River Canyon. Rockin'' the Rivers, an outdoor music festival in Three Forks, brings together rock legends and up and coming acts on two stages under the wild Montana skies.

The roster of previous performers at the Rockin'' the Rivers festival reads like a page from the Who's Who list of Rock and Roll. Rock legends Creedence Clearwater Revival and Alice Cooper, lead men of the '80s Eddie Money and Brian Howe, hard rock bands Blue Oyster Cult and Fog Hat and 1990s chart toppers Soul Asylum and Third Eye Blind have all graced the main stage at the three day music festival, held every summer since 1999. The festival draws more than 5,000 spectators to Three Forks Montana, for camping, recreating and most of all, rocking.

The festival is held on 140 acres in the Jefferson River Canyon. A natural amphitheater created by the canyon walls and sloping terrain create ideal acoustics for the live performances on two stages. Camping and food and beverage vendors are available on-site.
