Come and enjoy a traditional western fair. The Gallatin County Fair has something for everyone to enjoy – Food, Music, Carnival, Animals & Contests.
New for 2010 will be a Bull Riding Event, the Fair Comedy Club featuring Herb Dixon, Double Vision comedy magic, Kids Town America, Cooks Racing Pigs, Plasterman and new carnival rides. This year’s entertainment includes the Bozeman Roundup Ranch Rodeo, Mud Bog, hypnotist Michael Mezmer, FFA Mutton Bustin’ and the ever-popular Carnival. Anyone can enter the Open Class Exhibits in Arts & Crafts, Gardening, Flowers, Foods, Needlework, Photography, Group Projects, Poultry and Livestock. Special competitive events include the Super Grasshopper Contest, the Humane Society Pet Show, the Dog Agility, Doxie Derby and Dog Dock Diving Contests.

Overview: The Gallatin County Fair brings you nonstop entertainment for five days straight. Fair goers will have the opportunity to check out bull riding events, comedy shows, the Bozeman Roundup Rodeo, live music, pig racing, carnival rides and the Mud Bog.
When: Gallatin County Fair is held in July for five consecutive days. Gates are open from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
Where: Gallatin County Fairgrounds located on black Street in Bozeman. From North 7th Street, go South, and turn left on Tamarack Street, heading east, about five blocks. Turn right at Gallatin County Fairgrounds.
Fees: There is an entry fee for adults and kids over 5. Special music events and shows may have an additional fee.
Details: Anyone can enter the Open Class Exhibits in arts & crafts, gardening, flowers, foods, needlework, photography, group projects, poultry and livestock. Also, throughout Gallatin County Fair, 4-H kids show their pigs, sheep, cows, horses, poultry and rabbits.
