Long Term Rentals

Of all the communities in Montana, the greater Bozeman/Belgrade area is the fastest growing in the state with regard to population. The economic outlook is bright due to 3 primary trends: an excellent education institution (Montana State University), a strong technology infrastructure, and a prevalent work/play lifestyle. Meeting the housing needs for these new immigrants to the area are a number of housing and rental firms ready to assist you.

Average rental rates will vary depending on neighborhood, nearby amenities, and the community which you select. Belgrade, for example, offers lower cost housing, on average than does downtown Bozeman. Yet, there are some neighborhoods within Belgrade that offer upscale-oriented services which may cause some of those rates to be more than other neighborhoods in the Bozeman city limits. As with any market, it is all about supply and demand.

Rental management firms are an excellent way to quickly assess relative pricing of rents and lease costs in the overall region. Most websites will show property details, minimum time requirements, monthly rates and direct map locations to a given property.

Regardless of whether you plan to stay here for a few months (seasonal employee), as a student going to the University (school year commitments) or relocate to the community to stay even longer, Bozeman offers the complete spectrum of housing that is available in most larger cities.
