About Bozeman
Bozeman is a diverse small town in Montana, which boasts a mix of ranchers, professors, artists, outdoor recreational enthusiasts, entrepreneurs and college students from Montana State University.

Within a short distance of downtown, you can find numerous sights that include Yellowstone National Park.

The small town hospitality and the big city amenities draw visitors to Bozeman year round.

Activities
Whether you want to stay close to downtown or would rather venture further out, you will find a multitude of activities waiting for you.

Downtown you can enjoy shopping, browsing through museums, strolling through historic districts, listening to concerts, symphonies or attending the theater.

Out of town, but now far, enjoy hiking, backpacking, mountain biking, camping, fishing, rafting, kayaking, canoeing, and much more.

Attractions
Some of the best Bozeman attractions can be found in an appealing variety from many of the Bozeman museums, historic buildings, to interesting sightseeing opportunities. Stroll through sights on your own, or take a more organized approach to your sightseeing by checking on a local tour of a Bozeman museum or other Bozeman attractions. Below is just a sampling of the many attractions in and around the city.

Bridger Bowl
Bridger Bowl is unspoiled and offers trails for the experienced and the novice skier. The natural terrain is filled with snow-covered bowls and slopes for premium Bozeman skiing.

Bogart Park
Bogart Park has some of the best outdoor activities in Bozeman. Featuring the Bozeman farmer's market in the summer time and an ice-skating rink in the winter, this is one of the city's most popular leisure attractions.

Museum of the Rockies
In addition to a great planetarium experience, the Museum of the Rockies' main attractions are the Tyrannosaurus Rex skull and the dinosaur eggs on display. The Museum can be found on the University of Montana Campus.

Community
With a population of nearly 30,000, Bozeman is large enough to have all modern amenities, but small enough to retain its “down home” charm. The locals have a real sense of community and enjoy talking to and assisting visitors.
