Livingston Montana Galleries
Livingston Gallery Association
In 1980, Livingston's only gallery was the Danforth, funded by the nonprofit Park County Friends of the Arts, and run (loosely) by Parks Reece, himself an artist. By 1986, the list included the Danforth, Roche Jaune, the Wishing Tree and the Wade galleries. By 1992, Visions West, Chatham Fine Art, FishTales, and the Parks Reece Gallery had opened, and Livingston had officially become "The Heart of Art in Montana," which the Livingston Gallery Association adopted as it's slogan when the group officially formed in 1993.
