Overview
This cabin sits near the 31-acre Round Lake at an elevation of 9,340 feet. The lake is rimmed with grass and trees. Getting to the cabin is as much fun as being there. The trail crosses through the rolling alpine terrain past conifer forest groves, rock outcroppings, and stream-laden meadows covered in wildflowers.

Round Lake Cabin is located 4.5 miles north of Cooke City.

Directions
In the summer, renters must make a 1.5 mile hike or 4x4 up unmaintained Goose Lake Jeep Road from Fisher Creek Road.

Winter access via snowmobile or cross-country ski from Cooke City.
