Montana National Forest Camping: Spanish Creek Campground

Gallatin Canyon has a number of camping sites, but perhaps none so attractive as Spanish Creek Campground. Campers can stay without paying a fee, and get fishing access to boot.

Season of Operation:
Mid-May - mid-September

Location:
In the Gallatin Canyon, 21 miles south of Bozeman on US Highway 191, then 8 miles southeast on Spanish Creek Road.

Information:
There are three picnic sites with picnic tables, toilets, fire rings, and fishing access. Drinking water is available. This is a pack-in/pack-out area with no trash service.
