Picking out a pumpkin for Halloween or a Christmas tree at Rocky Creek Farm has become a family tradition for many locals and visitors. Directions
Located East of Bozeman, Montana, take Frontage Road about 5 miles to the Rocky Creek Farms sign (on left side of road). Cross the railroad tracks, park at the small house, and grab a picking bucket.
Hours
Usually 1pm to 5 pm during the week, and 9 am to 5pm on Saturday and Sunday. Call before arriving to find out what produce is ready for picking.
Seasons
Produce available to pick usually includes:
- Apples in Fall months
- Sweet corn in August and September
- Cucumbers in August and September
- Raspberries in July
- Winter squash in October
- Pumpkins in October
Fees
Cost varies by type and amount of produce picked and whether processed on site.
Events
Pumpkin Patch (on going through October) features scarecrow making and face-painting for kids, hayrides, and fresh cider samples.
Cider Rama in October features Free Hayrides, Apple Cider ($2.50 per half gallon you pick), and Live Music.
