Since 1903, Gallatin County Fairgrounds has hosted year-round, public and private local, state, and area events and activities including antique, gun, gift/craft, home/garden, and gem and mineral shows, rodeos, weddings, fairs, concerts, livestock shows highlighting local 4-H youth exhibits, baseball and hockey games, and a shooting range.

Directions

Take I-90 and exit on North 7th Street. Turn south on to North 7th Street. Turn left on Tamarack Street, heading east, about five blocks. Turn right into Gallatin County Fairgrounds.

Check out the Bozeman Ice Dogs at the Gallatin County Fairgrounds’ Haynes Pavilion. Tickets sold only on game day, on site for general admission seating.

Bozeman Rifle and Pistol Club
Hours:

  • Women’s Night, Monday 7pm to 9pm

  • Open Shooting, Thursday, 7pm to 9pm and Saturday/Sunday, 2pm to 5pm

Gallatin County Fair
Held in late July, the Gallatin County Fair hosts fun events and activities like live music, 4-H exhibits, a carnival, arts and crafts, a Super Grasshopper contest, FFA Mutton Bustin' competition, Rodeo, dog agility show, and mountaineers 4X4 mud bog competition. Hours: 10am to 10pm Wednesday through Saturday, 10am to 5pm, Sunday

Wild West Winterfest
Held in mid February, the Wild West Winterfest hosts activities like Bridger Feeds-Coors dog keg pull, cattle sorting, quilt show, Doxie Derby, chili cook-off, Sweetheart fur and feather show, photography show, and a working horse and driver competition.
